Community Supported Agriculture

Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, is a business model where consumers can support farmers by buying a share of a farm’s harvest in advance. Subscribers then receive weekly shares of produce over a set number of weeks. CSAs are a great way to get the freshest produce straight from the farm to your table, try new vegetables, and be creative in the kitchen. It also promotes a healthier lifestyle by encouraging you to cook with whole, fresh ingredients. Signing up for CSA is a great way to be a part of a food movement that supports local farmers and a more resilient food system.
